What You'll Be Doing:

• Write engaging content for social media posts, reels, ads, videos, and posters, tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
• Develop hooks, captions, and engagement-driven scripts that increase views, shares, saves, and conversions.
• Create content calendars across all channels and plan strategies to grow social media accounts organically.
• Collaborate with motion graphic designers and marketing teams to ideate and execute reels, video campaigns, and visual storytelling concepts.
• Adapt long-form content into bite-sized, performance-ready creatives for ads and social media campaigns.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice, visual style, and campaign goals.
• Analyze content performance and iterate to maximize engagement, reach, and conversions.

What You Must Bring to the Table:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media content creation, E-commerce, or Digital Marketing agency.
• Strong knowledge of ad copywriting, hooks, captions, and engagement-driven social media content.
• Expertise in SEO-friendly content while keeping it natural and conversational for social platforms.
• Familiarity with copywriting frameworks (AIDA, PAS, CATT, BAB) and persuasion architecture.
• Proven ability to plan and execute content calendars for multiple social media channels.
• Skilled in repurposing content across formats (image posts, reels, videos, posters).
• Collaborative mindset to work with motion designers, marketers, and other teams to bring concepts to life visually and narratively.
