We are looking for a Native Chinese Speaking Purchase / Procurement Officer with experience of industrial equipment procurement / purchases from China.
Job type: Freelance Part time.
Requirements:
- Native Chinese speaking - MUST.
- English speaking.
- Min 2 years experience in procurement / purchase of equipment (industrial, construction, fabrication, waste management, etc.).
- Experience negotiating with Chinese suppliers of equipment.
- Experience of contracts drafting.
Responsibilities:
- Search for Chinese manufacturers of the required machinery.
- Negotiate with Chinese companies about the price, scope & terms, delivery, installation, commissioning etc.
- Negotiate with Chinese suppliers for the reference site visiting, machinery inspection, etc.
- Search for technical assistance from China for the machinery installation and commissioning and training.
- Recruitment of the staff from China to operate the machinery / factory.
