Freelance Packaging Graphic Designer – Cosmetics & Personal Care

Role Overview:

We’re seeking a freelance packaging graphic designer to create premium, clean, and brand-aligned packaging designs for our skincare and cosmetic products. The role will be on a per design/project basis with the opportunity for long-term collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Design primary and secondary packaging (labels, boxes, sleeves, pouches, bottles, jars, cartons, etc.)
• Develop mockups, dielines, and print-ready files
• Ensure packaging is consistent with brand identity and adheres to clean beauty aesthetics
• Collaborate on design direction for new product launches and rebranding
• Create variant differentiations while maintaining cohesive brand appeal
• Incorporate Ayurvedic, natural, and feminine visual cues that reflect brand values

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cosmetic, skincare, or FMCG packaging design
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW
• Understanding of print production, color, and material finishes
• Strong sense of typography, layout, and minimal design
• Ability to deliver creative, high-quality designs on time
• Experience creating mockups and 3D previews is a plus

• Clean layouts with an emphasis on product benefits and wellness cues

Compensation:

• Freelance / Per Design Basis (to be discussed per project)

Pay: ₹8,290.90 - ₹34,515.88 per month
