Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced FIDIC Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of FIDIC contract principles and the ability to prepare learners to confidently understand and apply FIDIC contract conditions in real-world projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality FIDIC training sessions (online or in-person).
• Teach the full FIDIC curriculum, including contract principles, risk allocation, contract administration, claims, dispute resolution, and procurement.
• Guide learners with practical examples, case studies, and exam or assessment strategies (if applicable).
• Provide regular doubt-clearing sessions and learner support.
• Assess participant performance and ensure effective learning outcomes.
• Maintain a professional, engaging, and interactive training environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with FIDIC contracts (Red Book, Yellow Book, Silver Book, etc.).
• Professional certification or training in FIDIC (preferred).
• Previous training/teaching experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work on a flexible part-time schedule.
• Based in the UAE preferred.
