Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced SAP SuccessFactors Trainer to join our training institute on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules and HR processes, with the ability to train learners to confidently apply SuccessFactors functionalities in real-world business scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality SAP SuccessFactors training sessions (online or in-person).
• Teach the complete SAP SuccessFactors curriculum, including:
• Employee Central
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Performance & Goal Management
• Learning Management System (LMS)
• Compensation & Succession Planning
• Explain integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
• Provide hands-on training with practical examples and real-time business scenarios.
• Guide learners through system configurations, exercises, and project-based case studies.
• Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide continuous learner support.
• Assess participant progress and ensure strong learning outcomes.
• Maintain an engaging, professional, and interactive training environment.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred.
• Prior experience as a trainer or corporate instructor is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to work flexible part-time hours (evenings or weekends).
• Only Dubai-based candidates.
