Responsibilities

• Plan and execute photoshoots tailored to client needs, ensuring high-quality results that align with project objectives
• Capture a diverse range of images, including portraits, product shots, event coverage, and conceptual photography
• Edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and other tools within the Adobe Creative Suite
• Manage post-production processes including photo manipulation, color correction, retouching, and overall image refinement
• Collaborate with clients and creative teams to understand vision, provide art direction, and deliver images that meet expectations
• Maintain organized archives of all photoshoots and editing files for easy retrieval and future use
• Contribute to social media management by creating visually engaging content that boosts online presence and audience engagement

Experience

• Proven experience in professional photography with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across different styles and subjects
• Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere for video editing and post-production workflows
• Knowledge of color management principles and color theory to ensure accurate color reproduction across various media
• Experience in videography, filming, or video production is highly desirable for creating multimedia content
• Familiarity with art direction principles to guide shoots creatively and effectively
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content creation and management
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with clients, models, designers, and other stakeholders
