Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Collection Executive to support our large-scale research and survey projects across India. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and organizing data from various regions and should also have experience working with psychology-based questionnaires or behavioral survey forms.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect accurate and reliable data from respondents across India using online/offline tools.
• Conduct surveys that include psychology or behavioral assessment questions.
• Ensure high-quality data collection following project guidelines and ethical standards.
• Coordinate with field teams, supervisors, and project managers to meet deadlines.
• Clean and validate collected data for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation and submit daily/weekly reports.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in data collection, survey execution, field research, or market research.
• Basic understanding of psychology questionnaires, behavioral survey techniques, or psychometric tools (preferred).
• Good communication skills in English or any regional language.
• Ability to travel (if required) for on-ground data collection activities.
• Familiarity with Google Forms, Excel, or mobile survey apps.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in Psychology, Social Sciences, Market Research, or related fields.
• Experience in large-scale population surveys or projects.
• Ability to handle diverse demographics and cultural groups.
