Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Real Estate Agent to join our team on a commission-only basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and closing deals while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, and marketing
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Maintain and update property listings on platforms such as Property Finder and Bayut
- Negotiate terms and close real estate transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and developers
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- RERA certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred
Compensation
- Commission-based only (no fixed salary)
- Attractive commission structure (up to 50%–70% per deal)
