Role Description

This is an on-site position for a Real Estate Photographer based in the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area. The photographer will be responsible for capturing stunning images of residential and commercial properties, ensuring attention to detail and optimal lighting. Tasks include scheduling and coordinating photography sessions, editing and enhancing images using designated software, and delivering final images within established deadlines. Collaboration with real estate clients and adherence to company photography standards will be essential. Flexibility and professionalism are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in real estate photography, including composition, lighting, and equipment operation
• Experience with photo editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom
• Strong communication and organizational skills for client interactions and scheduling
• Ability to work on-location and independently while maintaining high standards
• Reliable transportation and familiarity with the Greensboro–Winston-Salem–High Point area
• Portfolio showcasing previous real estate or architectural photography work
• Knowledge of videography or drone photography is a plus
• High attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines

Job Type: Contract

Pay: From $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
