Freelance Recruiter

Role Overview:

As a Freelance HR Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for end-to-end hiring for our digital roles from sourcing and screening to scheduling interviews and coordinating closures. This role is ideal for someone who understands the advertising/digital ecosystem and enjoys connecting the right talent with the right opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal teams.
• Maintain and update a candidate tracker for all open positions.
• Ensure timely closures for assigned digital roles.
• Share weekly progress reports and hiring status updates.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment (preferably for digital marketing or creative roles).
• Strong sourcing and communication skills.

• Access to LinkedIn and relevant job platforms.
• Available to work remotely and provide regular updates.
