Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder with 1–1.5 years of experience in online bidding and client acquisition. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Upwork bidding strategies, proposal writing, and initial client communication with a can-do attitude to help bring in new projects and build long-term client relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects exclusively on Upwork.
• Write tailored, persuasive proposals aligned with client requirements.
• Communicate with potential clients on Upwork to clarify requirements and build trust.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams for preparing accurate project timelines and accurate estimates.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, proposals, and follow-ups on the Upwork dashboard.
• Research Market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, CS, SE, or any related field.
• 1–1.5 years of proven experience as an Upwork bidder in IT services.
• Strong proposal writing with attention to details and excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of software development, web & mobile applications.
• Strong Organizational and Time Management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
