Job Title: IT Business Developer – WordPress Web Development (Upwork Focus)

Location: Tajpura Scheme, Canal Road, Lahore (Onsite)

We are looking for a driven IT Business Developer to help expand our client base, primarily on Upwork and other freelancing platforms. This position offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of the company's growth, building lasting client relationships and driving sustainable revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Freelancing Platforms: Use Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, and LinkedIn to acquire new projects and clients for WordPress web development.
• Lead Generation: Implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and enhance brand visibility on freelancing platforms and social media.
• Client Relationship Management: Develop strong, long-term relationships with US, UK, and EMEA clients by understanding their needs and aligning them with our web development services.
• Proposal Creation: Write compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing materials to attract new clients and win projects.
• Market Research: Stay updated on trends and tools specific to the web development industry to improve lead generation and bidding strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in IT Business Development: At least 1 year of experience in a software house or IT-based business development (excluding freelancing).
• Freelancing Platforms Expertise: Proven track record of successfully acquiring clients and projects on Upwork, Fiverr, or similar platforms.
• Technical Knowledge: Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose proposals and interact with international clients.
• Education: BSCS or MSc in IT/CS/SE (Preferred).
• Location: Must be based in Lahore and able to commute to the office.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs75,000.00 per month
