Job Overview

We are a growing company specialized in restaurant services and operational consulting.
We are looking to hire experienced freelance Restaurant Managers / Consultants to provide professional consultation and operational support to restaurants and cafés across Saudi Arabia in diffrent Countries.

This role is ideal for professionals who have strong hands-on experience and want flexible, project-based work.

Key Responsabilities:

• Provide operational consultation for restaurants and cafés.
• Analyze restaurant performance (operations, staff, costs, service quality).
• Improve restaurant workflows, SOPs, and daily operations.
• Support menu engineering, cost control, and food cost optimization.
• Advise on staff management, training, and performance improvement.
• Assist in restaurant setup, restructuring, or operational turnaround.
• Prepare clear reports and actionable recommendations for clients.

Requirements:

• open to all Nationalities Arabic nationality prefered.
• Must be currently inside Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as:

• Restaurant Manager

• Operations Manager

• F&B Consultant

• Strong experience in:

• Restaurants & cafés operations

• Staff management and training

• Cost control & KPIs

• Fluent in Arabic (Very Good in English).
• Professional communication and consulting mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
