What You Will Sell

• Domestic B2B Recruitment services
• International EOR (Employer of Record) services

Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential clients in Madurai and across India
• Pitch our domestic hiring services to startups and SMBs
• Pitch EOR services to companies hiring across borders
• Build relationships with HR heads, founders and decision makers
• Set up meetings and drive closures
• Maintain basic weekly updates on outreach and conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales (preferably HR, staffing, SaaS or services)
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Self-driven, comfortable working on commissions
• Ability to understand client needs and position our services clearly
