Freelance Senior GIS Engineer

(Project-Based: Shigiri Link Road)

Project Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Freelance Senior GIS Engineer to support the Shigiri Link Road Project — a 10-kilometer infrastructure project requiring precise GIS mapping and data conversion support. The assignment duration is 7–10 days, with immediate start preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced GIS data processing, analysis, and spatial mapping for road infrastructure.
• Convert Building Information Modeling (BIM) data to GIS-compatible formats.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure spatial accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate utilities and infrastructure layers within ArcGIS platforms.
• Deliver high-quality GIS outputs within tight deadlines.
• Maintain proper documentation and metadata management.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in GIS engineering, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in utility-related GIS mapping.
• Mandatory expertise in ArcGIS and related ESRI tools.
• Experience converting BIM to GIS.
• Strong analytical and data accuracy skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior involvement in NEOM or other mega-projects within Saudi Arabia.
• Understanding of road and transportation project requirements.
