About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Odoo Functional Implementer with proven expertise in end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations to join our growing team in Riyadh to work with us as a freelancer or on project basis. The ideal candidate will lead ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering through go-live and post-implementation support, ensuring successful delivery and business process optimization for clients.

This role requires strong functional knowledge of Odoo modules, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle (End-to-End) Odoo ERP implementations, including:
• Business requirements gathering
• Gap analysis
• Solution design
• System configuration
• Testing and UAT coordination
• Data migration coordination
• User training
• Go-live support and stabilization
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to understand operational requirements and map business processes into Odoo ERP.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules such as:
• Sales
• CRM
• Purchase
• Inventory/Warehouse
• Accounting/Finance
• HR/Payroll
• Manufacturing
• Projects
• Helpdesk
• Website/E-commerce
• POS (where applicable)
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical developers for customizations and integrations.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best-practice ERP solutions.
• Support system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation phases.
• Deliver user training sessions and prepare documentation, SOPs, and user manuals.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, and client stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo functional implementation.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple end-to-end Odoo ERP implementations.
• Strong expertise in Odoo business processes and functional configuration.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and ERP process mapping.
• Good understanding of ERP integrations and customization requirements.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in conducting UAT, training, and go-live support.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Odoo Enterprise implementations.
• Knowledge of accounting and finance processes is highly preferred.
• Experience in Saudi market business practices and compliance is an advantage.
• Odoo certifications are a plus.
• Experience in multiple industries (retail, services, trading, manufacturing, finance, etc.) is advantageous.

Language Requirements

• Professional English is required
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage
