Freelance SEO/Website Manager

Compensation: AED 5,000/month

Engagement Type: Hybrid (Remote + In-person as required)

The SEO/Website Manager will oversee SureSpace’s entire SEO and website ecosystem , ensuring discoverability, smooth integrations, and backend marketing support. This role includes managing event listings, technical integrations, and backend systems that power the marketing team.

• Lead SEO strategy to grow organic traffic and rankings and generate qualified organic leads based on set targets (50 download and sign-ups per month in 6 months)

• Manage the website (WordPress or similar CMS), ensuring performance, uptime, and mobile optimization.

• Manage google ranking, event listings, and content updates .
• 
  
• Build and maintain backlinks to strengthen SureSpace’s domain authority.
• 
  
• Own website plugins and integrations with CRM, analytics, email, and other marketing systems.
• 
  
• Provide backend marketing oversight by maintaining systems that support automation, lead tracking, and analytics.
• 
  
• Optimize site structure, metadata, and internal linking for SEO.
• 
  
• Generate regular performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.

• 3+ years of SEO and website management experience.
• 
  
• Proficiency with WordPress/CMS platforms, SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).

• Experience managing backlinks, plugins, and integrations supporting marketing.
• 
  
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and technical SEO.
• 
  
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
