About the Role
We’re looking for a talented Social Media Manager to help manage and grow the social media presence of our dental clients. You’ll work closely with our founder and creative team to plan, schedule, and optimize content across platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

This role is perfect for someone with an eye for aesthetics, strong writing skills, and a genuine interest in digital marketing. If you love creating content that’s both engaging and on-brand—and you're excited to join a values-driven team—you’ll thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and schedule social media content for dental practices using platforms like Meta Business Suite
• Write compelling captions that reflect each practice’s tone and culture
• Source images and short video clips from client folders or Dropbox
• Coordinate with our team to brainstorm content ideas and monthly campaigns
• Analyze engagement metrics and suggest improvements
• Attend one weekly in-person meeting in Austin (usually a 1-hour strategy session)

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
