We are looking for a freelancer in Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage our social media presence through multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving engagement, growing audiences, and delivering measurable results through customer-centric contents and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities00
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives
- Take photos and create contents as per brand guidelines.
- Manage content calendars and publish across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc)
- Create engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, reels, stories) in collaboration with design and content teams
- Monitor analytics, track KPIs, and optimize performance using data-driven insights
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and manage online reputation
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies
- Coordinate paid advertising campaigns and influencer collaborations
Qualifications
- Must have an experience in Real Estate industry social media.
- 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and other necessary tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, content strategy, and audience targeting
- Excellent communication skills and creative thinking
