About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate English Language & Soft Skills Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality training sessions to enhance learners’ communication skills, business English, and professional etiquette, while building their confidence in both workplace and social interactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging training sessions on English Language proficiency (Spoken English, Business English, Writing Skills).
• Design, develop, and deliver interactive Soft Skills programs (Presentation Skills, Public Speaking, Communication Etiquette, Teamwork, Leadership, Interview Skills, etc.).
• Assess learners’ needs and customize content to suit different levels (beginner to advanced).
• Provide feedback, evaluations, and progress reports to participants.
• Use modern teaching methods, role-plays, and real-life scenarios to create an impactful learning experience.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in English training and corporate soft skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–5 years of teaching/training experience in English Language & Soft Skills.
• Strong command of spoken and written English with excellent presentation abilities.
• Certification in TESOL / TEFL / CELTA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Experience in corporate training / professional development is highly desirable.
• Energetic, approachable, and able to motivate learners of all backgrounds.
