Freelance Soft Skills Trainer

Objective:

We are looking for a certified trainer to help the learner (School Students of class 6-10) develop their soft skills, life skills, computer skills and competencies. Your goal as a trainer will be to conduct sessions that facilitate their skills development and develop self-awareness among the students.

Major Deliverables:

Understanding the cohort (Class 6 -10) & content and delivering the assigned lessons efficiently.

Ensures that the learning outcomes meet the training objectives.

Clear in communication & engage in interactive learning techniques & presentation skills.

Demonstrate core abilities like critical thinking, problem-solving, time management, teaching methods, and Microsoft Office proficiency

Collaborate with the project team and ensure the timely submission of reports required

Training Locations: Barabanki, Sravasthi, Prayagraj

Essential Attributes:

Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

Prior experience in delivering training in the classroom for school students.

Strict adherence to company philosophy/mission statement, maintaining discipline by adhering to course timelines & content.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi)

Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage the class efficiently

Know how to assess the progress of the participants, evaluating the achievements and attitudes of the participants.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Any valid certificate in training/coaching

Desired Experience (years) :

Minimum 1-year experience as a trainer, teacher, corporate training specialist, or related position.

CTC - Commensurate with experience and performance

Contract Details:

Job Type: Freelance

Duration: Till 31st March, 2026

Remuneration: Rs. 500 per hour

Shift: Day Shift

Work Location: In Person

Note: This position might require the trainer to travel within Uttar Pradesh for various training projects. This is not a remote job.
