Freelance Trainer – Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP®)

INSPIRE Group is seeking an experienced and certified Data Center Professional Trainer to conduct an on-site CDCP® (Certified Data Center Professional) training program for one of our esteemed corporate clients in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will bring in-depth knowledge of data center infrastructure, operations, and industry best practices, combined with strong facilitation skills to deliver an engaging and outcome-driven learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality CDCP® training sessions aligned with international data center standards.
• Conduct both theoretical and practical sessions, ensuring participant engagement and understanding.
• Evaluate participant progress through assessments and interactive exercises.
• Customize content and examples to align with client-specific infrastructure and requirements.
• Maintain professionalism and represent INSPIRE Group’s training excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications (Updated Section)

• Must hold a valid CDCP®, CDCS®, or CDCE® certification (higher-level certifications preferred).
• Proven experience delivering Data Center / IT Infrastructure trainings (virtual or on-site).
• Strong knowledge of data center design, power, cooling, redundancy, and management best practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).

Engagement Details

• Mode: On-site (Mumbai)
• Duration: 2 Days (16 Hours – 8 Hrs per Day)
• Compensation: Competitive hourly/session-based fee (To be discussed)
