Freelance Upwork Bidder Intern (On-site)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder Intern to join our team at Orbitors IT Solutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, writing engaging proposals, and supporting the business development team in acquiring freelance projects from platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, and other freelance marketplaces.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in client acquisition, communication, and proposal writing, with the opportunity for a long-term position based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Write customized and professional proposals for potential clients.
• Maintain daily bidding activity logs and track responses.
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Development, Marketing) for project estimation and proposal preparation.
• Stay updated with current trends, client requirements, and bidding strategies.
• Contribute to achieving monthly targets and company goals.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong understanding of freelance platforms, especially Upwork.
• Basic knowledge of IT services (Web Development, Digital Marketing, etc.) preferred.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
