Freelance Vacation Rental Stylist / On-Call Designer

Description:
We’re a vacation rental management company looking for a creative, detail-oriented person with a flair for design to help style and furnish our properties for photos and guest stays.

This is an on-call, contract position — ideal as a second job for someone who enjoys decorating, setting up rooms, and making spaces look beautiful without overspending.

You’ll help select and arrange affordable, stylish pieces (from Rooms To Go, El Dorado, HomeGoods, etc.), add décor, artwork, and finishing touches to make the home feel inviting and photo-ready.

Responsibilities:

• Stage and style homes for professional photos and guest arrivals.
• Source furniture and décor within budget.
• Set up knickknacks, wall art, lighting, and small accents.
• Coordinate with our property management team for timing and access.

Requirements:

• Strong sense of design and space planning.
• Dependable, organized, and creative.
• Experience in interior design, home staging, or vacation rentals is a plus.
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible availability.

Compensation:
$18–$25 per hour, on contract basis (depending on experience and project).
Work is per house, based on company needs and client bookings.
