The Opportunity

We're looking for a freelance video editor to support individual projects on a per-project basis, with the potential for ongoing work as our video offerings grow. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their portfolio in real estate and marketing content while working with a supportive, creative team.

What You'll Be Editing

• Agent intro and personal brand videos
• Property listing videos
• Social media reels and short-form content
• Educational and market update videos

How It Works

The agent provides the script and raw footage — you bring the polish. Your job is to assemble the final edit, incorporate branding elements, add b-roll, transitions, captions, and deliver a professional, market-ready video.

What We're Looking For

• Some experience with video editing (professional or personal projects welcome)
• A portfolio or samples of past work
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and take direction well
• Strong attention to detail and good communication
• Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
• Experience with real estate or marketing content is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Per-project pay — rate commensurate with experience. Please include your rate expectations when applying.
