Freelance Video Editor – Jeddah Hybrid Contract

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled video editor to contribute to a personal project based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The position is designed for a creative professional with expertise in video production, animation, and content creation, who can seamlessly blend visual storytelling with marketing sensibilities. The contract is full-time and requires a hybrid working approach, with the flexibility to work both on-site in Jeddah and remotely as needed. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to deliver high-quality visual content and adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished final products for various digital platforms
• Collaborate on the development of creative concepts and storyboards for video and animation projects
• Capture high-quality photographs and video content on-site as required
• Design engaging graphics and visual assets to enhance video and marketing materials
• Ensure all content aligns with project objectives and maintains a consistent visual style
• Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet agreed deadlines
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• Proven experience in video editing, animation, and content creation
• Proficiency with industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, and color grading
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities
• Must be based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, with the ability to work on-site as required (no relocation or travel support)
• Experience in marketing or social media content creation is highly desirable
