Freelance Videographer

Lord Krishna Builders are looking for a creative and reliable Freelance Videographers to capture high-quality video content for our real estate projects, including villas, apartments, site progress, walkthroughs, and promotional videos. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for detail and storytelling, and be comfortable shooting on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional videos of villas, apartments, and construction sites
• Capture walkthroughs, drone shots (if licensed), and progress updates
• Record short videos for social media (Instagram Reels, Facebook, YouTube)
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content requirements
• Deliver edited or raw footage within agreed timelines
• Maintain video quality, framing, lighting, and stability

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Videographer (freelance or full-time)
• Own professional camera, gimbal, and basic lighting equipment
• Knowledge of video composition, angles, and movement
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve – preferred)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in real estate / architecture / interior videos is a plus

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Drone videography license (DGCA – India)
• Experience creating cinematic walkthrough videos
• Understanding of social media video formats (vertical & horizontal)

Compensation

• Payment per project / per day (to be discussed)
