The ideal candidate has a strong eye for storytelling, visual composition, and editing, and can work independently to deliver engaging content across multiple platforms.

Location: On-site (Company office + property locations)

Key Requirements:

• Must be on a freelance basis.
• Must have their own professional filming equipment.
• Energetic, modern, and confident on-site presence with a strong creative eye.

Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging video concepts and write scripts aligned with our brand.
• Film high-quality videos at the company office and across our properties.
• Edit videos professionally with strong storytelling, pacing, and visual polish.
• Ensure the final content is optimized for high organic reach and engagement on social media platforms and other marketing channels.
• Deliver short-form and long-form content suitable for Instagram, Ticktok, YouTube, and other platforms.

Expected Quality:

• High-quality filming and editing (sharp visuals, clean sound, smooth transitions).
• Trend-aware content style that reflects an energetic and engaging vibe.
• Ability to maintain consistent performance and organic reach across published content.

Salary:

• Payment will be per video (rate to be discussed based on experience and output quality).
