Freelance Videographer – Doctor Video Production Shoots (Karachi)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a freelance videographer based in Karachi to support regularly planned doctor video production shoots. The role involves visiting assigned doctor clinics, professionally capturing promotional video content, and delivering raw footage to the internal team for editing and publishing.

This is a recurring, project-based engagement depending on scheduled shoot requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned doctor clinics/locations within Karachi as per scheduled shoot plans
• Execute high-quality video shoots for doctor promotional content (interviews, clinic walkthroughs, messaging videos, etc.)
• Ensure professional standards in framing, lighting, and audio capture
• Coordinate on-site with doctors and clinic staff for smooth execution of shoots
• Capture all required footage as per creative brief shared by the internal team
• Deliver raw video files to the Marham team within agreed timelines
• Follow brand and production guidelines for each assignment

Engagement & Payment Structure:

• Freelance, project-based engagement
• Payment will be made on a per-shoot / per-day basis
• Only completed and approved shoot days will be eligible for payment
• No fixed monthly retainer; compensation strictly based on assigned shoot days

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven videography experience (corporate, promotional, or healthcare content preferred)
• Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio setup
• Ability to independently manage on-ground shoots
• Own professional camera equipment preferred
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Reliable, punctual, and deadline-oriented

Additional Notes:

• This is an ongoing requirement as new doctor shoots continue in Karachi
• Flexibility to travel within the city is required
• Selection will be based on portfolio quality and availability
