Job Purpose

To develop and maintain EGEC Qatar’s website, ensuring it delivers an excellent user experience and reflects the company’s brand identity. The Freelance Web Developer will be responsible for coding, testing, and optimizing site performance to support marketing and communication goals.

• Ensure compatibility across various devices and browsers.
• Integrate APIs, databases, and third-party tools when required.Performance Optimization Optimize website loading speed, performance, and security.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve visibility and ranking.Collaboration & Support

Work closely with the Marketing Team to align web functionalities with campaigns and content strategies.

• Provide technical support and propose improvements to enhance user experience and engagement.Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Web Development.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in web development.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
• Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) and database integration.
• Understanding of SEO principles and website analytics tools.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
