PotentialsDev Software Company is seeking a motivated and experienced Freelancer Bidder to join our team at our Karachi office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through online freelancing platforms such as Freelancer and others.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects using Upwork, Freelancer, and other freelancing portals
• Write customized, high-quality proposals to win projects
• Communicate with international clients and understand their project requirements
• Coordinate with the internal development/design team to gather necessary inputs for proposals
• Achieve monthly targets for bidding and project conversion
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in online bidding
• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Good understanding of the software development cycle and services
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a good team player
