Freelancer Required for Zoho Books & Zoho Inventory Setup

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory specialist to help us with the complete setup and configuration for our trading business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in implementing Zoho for similar businesses, ensuring seamless integration between accounting, inventory, and sales modules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up Zoho Books (chart of accounts, tax settings, and bank integration).
  • Configure Zoho Inventory (items, warehouses, pricing, and stock management).
  • Integrate both systems for real-time synchronization.
  • Customize invoice, quotation, and purchase order templates as per our branding.
  • Migrate existing data (customers, suppliers, and opening balances).
  • Provide basic training and workflow guidance to our internal team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with Zoho Books and Zoho Inventory setup.
  • Understanding of trading or retail business operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver within agreed timelines.
  • Good communication and remote collaboration skills.

Project Type:

One-time setup (with possible ongoing support after successful implementation)
