Job Description:
Decotechs is hiring a Freelancer.com Expert who can handle our profile, bid on projects, and generate consistent business opportunities. The candidate should have strong communication skills and proven experience in converting leads into long-term clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s Freelancer.com profile.
- Write professional proposals and communicate with clients.
- Negotiate terms, timelines, and budgets effectively.
- Maintain high client satisfaction and meet monthly sales goals.

Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience on Freelancer.com.
- Excellent English writing and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of IT, web, and software services.
- Ability to independently manage the bidding process.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
