Job Title: Freight Broker / Freight Coordinator

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Freight Broker to join our team in Mohali. As a key link between shippers and carriers, you will be responsible for negotiating rates, booking loads, and ensuring timely transportation of goods across the U.S. market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source carriers and negotiate competitive freight rates
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients
• Manage full freight cycle from pickup to delivery
• Track and update load status, resolve issues in real-time
• Maintain proper documentation and update TMS systems
• Ensure on-time deliveries and high customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Prior experience in U.S. freight brokerage (1+ years preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work night shift (U.S. time zone)
• Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and TMS software
• Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented
