Freight Brokers

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The Freight Broker will act as the liaison between shippers and carriers, managing the transportation of goods efficiently while ensuring profitability and strong business relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in logistics and freight management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers to secure freight capacity and consistent business opportunities.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and customers to maximize profit margins while ensuring cost efficiency.
• Manage the full freight brokerage process including load planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
• Identify and onboard qualified carriers; maintain an updated carrier database.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely pick-up and delivery, proactively resolving any issues that arise.
• Maintain compliance with all regulations and company policies.
• Generate and analyze reports to improve service quality and profitability.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven work experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar logistics/transportation role.
• Strong understanding of the freight industry, including FTL (Full Truckload), LTL (Less-than-Truckload), and intermodal transportation.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using TMS (Transportation Management Systems) and MS Office tools.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• High level of self-motivation and goal orientation.

Education & Experience:

• 1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation sales.

• Competitive base salary plus commission.

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
