Job Description:

As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing transportation needs between shippers and carriers in the U.S. market. The role involves lead generation, carrier negotiation, load booking, and shipment tracking to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with U.S. shippers and carriers
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts
• Book loads, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery
• Manage documentation and daily communication with clients
• Utilize load boards and CRM tools for operations
• Maintain profitability and customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Logistics / Supply Chain background preferred)
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a freight broker. Drayage / OTR
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills (spoken & written)
• Basic knowledge of U.S. geography, time zones, and logistics systems
• Ability to work in night shift (U.S. time zone)
• Confident with phone conversations and client handling
• Experience in U.S. logistics / freight brokerage preferred
