We are looking for a skilled and motivated Freight Broker who has hands-on experience in sales, client communication, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and able to manage both shipper and carrier relationships efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
✔ Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
✔ Negotiate rates with customers to secure profitable deals
✔ Generate new sales leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking
✔ Maintain accurate records of bookings, pricing, and client interactions
✔ Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
✔ Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication across all channels
✔ Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ 1–3 years of experience in sales / business development (Logistics, US Construction Industry or Freight industry preferred)
✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✔ Ability to build and maintain client relationships
✔ Knowledge of freight markets, carriers, and transportation processes (added advantage)
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
✔ Problem-solving and decision-making skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and call-handling

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
