Responsibilities:
  • Handle end-to-end freight brokerage operations for US-based clients.

  • Source and onboard US carriers through cold calls, emails, and logistics platforms.

  • Perform consistent cold outreach to carriers and shippers to generate and manage freight opportunities.

  • Negotiate freight rates, terms, and margins in line with market trends and business targets.

  • Coordinate load booking, dispatch, tracking, and delivery to ensure timely shipment execution.

  • Monitor shipments proactively and resolve operational issues, delays, or escalations.

  • Maintain accurate records of carrier details, loads, pricing, and shipment status in internal systems.

  • Analyze lane pricing, carrier availability, and market demand to support decision-making.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with US carriers, shippers, and internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, client requirements, and US logistics standards.

  • Prepare daily and weekly performance updates related to outreach, loads, and margins.

  • Adhere to quality, productivity, and communication standards defined for the US process.

Requirements and skills :
  • Experience in US freight brokerage, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent English communication, analytical thinking, and cold-calling confidence can also apply.

  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills with a US accent neutrality preferred.

  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calls, follow-ups, and outbound communication.

  • Ability to analyze rates, margins, and market data logically.

  • Willingness to work in US shift timings (night shifts).

  • Basic understanding of freight brokerage, logistics workflows, or BPO processes is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM systems, and logistics tools (training will be provided).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.

  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced, growing environment.
