Freight broker

Role Overview:

Responsible for sales, client communication, and coordinating end-to-end freight operations.Includes calling, emailing, negotiating, and handling shipper–carrier communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Call & email shippers to promote services and convert leads.
Manage complete shipment operations from pickup to delivery.
Coordinate with carriers for load booking & rate negotiation.
Work as third party between shipper & carrier.
Share shipment updates, BOL/POD, and resolve issues.
Maintain reports and achieve sales targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,816.25 - ₹25,000.00 per month
