Job Overview

We are looking for an Experienced Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in US freight brokerage, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage end-to-end freight operations while building long-term relationships with carriers and shippers.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and book freight with reliable carriers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate competitive rates and maximize profit margins
• Use load boards such as DAT, Truckstop, and internal TMS tools
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and track shipments proactively
• Resolve shipment issues and provide timely updates to clients
• Maintain accurate documentation, rate confirmations, and records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
• Generate new business opportunities and support account growth

Required Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Freight Broker / Logistics Coordinator
• Strong knowledge of US domestic freight operations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and sales skills
• Experience working with load boards and TMS platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic reporting

• Existing carrier or shipper network
• Proven ability to close deals and manage multiple loads daily
• Customer-focused mindset with strong follow-up skills
• Experience handling dry van, reefer, or flatbed freight
