We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Freight Broker to coordinate the transportation of freight by connecting shippers with reliable carriers. The Freight Broker will manage shipments from start to finish, negotiate rates, track deliveries, and maintain strong relationships with customers and carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange and manage freight transportation between shippers and carriers
• Build and maintain professional relationships with shippers, carriers, and logistics partners
• Negotiate freight rates and service agreements
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules to meet customer requirements
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays or service issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and industry regulations
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, rates, and contracts
• Identify new business opportunities and support account growth
• Provide timely communication and customer service throughout the shipping process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation preferred
• Knowledge of trucking operations, lanes, and freight market rates
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Basic computer proficiency and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
• Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Sales-focused mindset with relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹40,134.56 - ₹45,711.49 per month
