Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong international sales and calling experience, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.

As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for managing international clients and carriers, negotiating freight rates, closing deals, and coordinating shipments end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with international clients and carriers
• Negotiate freight rates and close profitable deals
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment operations
• Track shipments and resolve operational issues
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in International Sales / International Calling
• Background in BPO / KPO (Logistics experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of freight brokerage or logistics operations is a plus
