Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Freight Broker located in The Woodlands, TX. The primary responsibilities include sourcing and managing freight opportunities, liaising with clients to provide customized logistics solutions, managing shipments from inception to delivery, and ensuring compliance with all regulations. The Freight Broker will work closely with carriers, build and maintain relationships with customers, oversee dispatching responsibilities, and handle account management to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Proven expertise in Freight Brokerage and general Brokerage operations
• Book of Business
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Account Management
• Experience in Dispatching and load management
• Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in logistics software and familiarization with transportation regulations
• Previous experience in the logistics or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or relevant field preferred
