US Freight Broker & Dispatcher

Position: Freight Broker & Dispatcher - Rotational Shifts

Location: PECHS Block 6, Main Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi

Salary: 60K - 80K

We are hiring an experienced Freight Broker to join our growing logistics team. This is a full-time in-office position in the morning, evening & night shifts Pakistan time with 6 days a week. Candidates must have relevant freight brokerage experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate freight rates to maximize profit margins
• Coordinate and track shipments from pickup to delivery
• Handle load issues and provide timely updates
• Maintain accurate records in TMS and load boards
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of freight brokerage experience
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Existing shipper/carrier network is a plus
