Customer Support Executive – Logistics

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support Executive with prior experience in logistics and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
  • Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers.
  • Resolve delivery delays, shipment issues, and customer complaints efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions in the system.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports related to shipment status and customer feedback.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer support with logistics background.
  • Knowledge of shipping documentation (Invoice, Packing List, BL, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Good command of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in freight forwarding or courier companies.
  • Familiarity with international shipping procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Working Hours:

shift timing – 6pm to 3am

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
