Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Caller who is comfortable working with digital tools and communicating with international clients. The ideal candidate should be computer-savvy, have strong English communication skills, and be able to engage potential clients to build interest in the services we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients and build their interest in the company’s services.
• Communicate professionally with US-based clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Use tools such as Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams for daily communication and coordination.
• Maintain client records and update communication logs.
• Assist in sales and marketing outreach campaigns.
• Follow up with potential clients and respond to basic inquiries about services.
• Work with the internal team to support sales goals and client engagement.

Requirements:

• Good command of spoken and written English (as most clients are US-based).
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and general office tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage clients and present services clearly.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or calling roles is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
