Urgent Hiring – US Freight Broker (Night Shift)

Location: Mohali / Chandigarh
Shift: Night (US Process)
Experience: Minimum 1–3 Years in US Logistics / Freight Brokerage
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹70,000 (Based on experience + Incentives)

Job Description:

We are hiring experienced US Freight Brokers to join a reputed logistics company in Mohali. The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills with hands-on experience in load booking, carrier negotiation, and customer management.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Build and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
✅ Negotiate freight rates and margins
✅ Post and book loads using load boards
✅ Coordinate with dispatch and operations teams to ensure smooth deliveries
✅ Track shipments and update clients regularly
✅ Generate new leads and onboard customers through cold calling and networking
✅ Maintain data in CRM and daily activity reports

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of US Freight Brokerage / Logistics experience (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of US trucking lanes, equipment types, and carrier base
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel, CRM tools, and load boards
• Ability to work in night shift (US timing)
• Immediate joiners preferred
