Since 2015, we’ve provided dependable trucking and logistics solutions for the construction industry, coordinating the movement of raw and recycled materials for residential, commercial, and state infrastructure projects. Position Overview

We’re looking for a highly motivated and resilient Freight Broker to join our growing team. This is a true sales-driven role that requires persistence, long hours, and the ability to build your own book of business. You will start as a full-time W-2 employee with a base salary; once commissions exceed your base, you will transition to an uncapped commission structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new business through cold calls, referrals, networking, and company platforms
• Negotiate rates and contracts with shippers and carriers
• Manage daily dispatch operations and coordinate with drivers and customers
• Track shipments, provide updates, and resolve service issues promptly
• Ensure regulatory and company policy compliance
• Deliver exceptional customer service — including after-hours support when needed

Qualifications

• Experience in freight brokerage, dispatching, trucking, or logistics preferred
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Familiarity with construction materials and dump trucking is a plus
• Basic computer proficiency (email, CRM/logistics software)
• Reliable transportation, functional laptop and phone for on-the-go work
• Dedicated home office setup with at least two monitors
