Freight Broker- Sales
Job responsibilities: (SALES)
- Identify & develop new clients for our freight broking (trucking) business in based in US. Targeting US clients (remote connects) through cold calling, email outreach and proper prospecting.
- Generate stipulated business revenue and achieving assigned monthly sales targets.
- Work on generating incremental volumes with existing clients.
- Quote and negotiate rates with clients based on their inquiries.
- Provide highest quality of Service by dispatching shipments received properly to the full satisfaction of our Customers
- Maintain and ensure smooth business.
- Co-ordination with CS/operations dept. for the smooth running of shipments.
- Handle client escalations or important operational communication if any.
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and credit with clients within agreed terms.
- Approving final customer invoices and costing
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 3-5 plus years experience in Freight broking Sales in the US with existing client base and book of business.
- Deep knowledge of the shipping & freight broking industry.
- Deep knowledge of trucking and dispatch terms, equipment’s, modes and different methods of transporting
- Ability to handle tricky logistical challenges and escalations. Well experienced in managing customer expectations and resolving issues.
- Having a huge existing client network which can be leveraged
- Ability to make high number of calls everyday with a positive attitude.
- Aggressive and optimistic attitude.
- Excellent Linguistics and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
