Job Summary

We are hiring Freight Brokers for our U.S. logistics operations. You will coordinate shipments between shippers and trucking companies, negotiate rates, track loads, and ensure smooth delivery for our U.S. client, AP Freight Inc.
Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply — full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily freight movement between U.S. shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates to secure profitable and timely transportation.
• Build and maintain strong relations with carriers and customers.
• Track pickups and deliveries; provide timely status updates.
• Post loads on load boards and manage TMS entries.
• Resolve shipment delays, issues, and route changes.
• Maintain records and documentation for every load.
• Meet monthly targets for load booking and carrier engagement.
• Work closely with dispatch, accounting & management teams.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent English communication (spoken + written)
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Multitasking capability in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of US geography/logistics (optional but preferred)
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM/TMS tools)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (any stream can apply)
• Minimum 3 months of experience in BPO or a similar role
• Experience in US dispatch/freight brokerage/logistics is an added advantage
• Must be comfortable working night shifts (US timings)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
